PANTHERS EQUAL PREMIERSHIP FAVOURITE

PENRITH has joined St George-Illawarra as premiership favourites with TAB after their impressive victory over the Dragons on Saturday.

The Panthers firmed from $8 to $6 to head a congested market with Souths $6.50 and Melbourne and the Roosters at $7.

“After demolishing the Dragons 28-2 on Saturday night, Penrith have found themselves as equal premiership favourites for the first time since the 2017 pre-season,” TAB’s Kristen Fahd said.

“You could get as much as $23 for the Panthers after Nathan Cleary was injured in round three but after their dominating performance on Saturday, Penrith now share top billing with Dragons at $6.”

In other notable market movers;

-          James Maloney is the outright favourite to win the Dally M at $5

-          Josh Addo-Carr and David Fusitu’a are $4 equal favourites to be the top tryscorer
